The cladded log stores are an attractive, affordable item to store logs and fire wood.The raised floor increases the efficiency of the drying process, by allowing more air to circulate, keeping your logs aired and dry. The open fronted design provides easy access and the handy shelf allows easy access to kindling and small tools. Constructed from FSC sourced timber, pressure treated for longevity. Important: As with any self assembly product, always check that all parts are present and in satisfactory condition before planning assembly. We are here to help.
Self assembly items should be assembled on a solid, flat, level surface. Failure to install on a suitable level hardstanding may result in structural issues or parts misaligning, doors (where applicable) not hanging square. Assembly tools may be required. Images are supplied for illustrational purposes. Colour, tone and design features may differ slightly to that pictured.

A green or blue tint and or signs of crystallisation (green, white or black specks) on the surface of wood (often mistaken as surface mould) may be evident. This is normal and will clear with use and exposure to the elements over time.
Pressure Treated timber products should not be treated with any other treatment product for the first 3-6 months. If left untreated, timber will turn a silvery / grey colour with age.
Whilst every effort has been made during the production and machining of softwood timber to offer completely smooth, planed edges, some timber edges may be slightly rougher or furry to the touch. This is due to changes in temperature and humidity causing the timber to expand and contract as the moisture content changes.
This is normal and to be expected and is not a cause for concern. This will not affect the strength or durability of your outdoor timber product. Excludes ongoing disruptions and supply chain delays caused by the global pandemic and ongoing supply chain disruptions and importations from Europe into the UK. Deliveries are usually made Monday - Friday excluding National Bank Holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a definitive ETA at time of order or until the carriers contact you.

We can only supply parts to a GB postal address. No assembly or preperation (painting etc) having been attempted and the complete product is in its original sealed packaging. As per the instructions manual, please ensure that the contents and parts are checked thoroughly against the parts list detailed within the instructions manual, prior to arranging an assembly. In the unlikely event parts are discovered missing, damaged or defective, please notify us in writing immediately. Assembly should not be attempted until all parts are available and in satisfactory condition. We endeavour to include as much detail where possible including relevant photos, measurements and customer feedback in our descriptions. Goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are collected by our designated carrier.A collection will be organised by ourselves or the designated carrier. Faulty, Damaged or Missing Components: As per the instructions manual, please ensure that the contents and parts are checked thoroughly against the parts list detailed within the instructions manual, prior to assembly.
Assembly should not be attempted until all parts are available. Should your item be received damaged, faulty or has missing components, we must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt. We recommend that customers thoroughly inspect the outer parcel upon receipt and before signing for the goods. Only sign for the goods if satisfied the packaging looks in undamaged condition. If the item packaging arrives damaged, please sign for the item'received damaged' and notify us immediately if the contents have been affected.
We may request photos of the damage or fault in order to process a claim with the courier company and/or our supplier. Should the item be faulty, damaged or has missing components, replacement parts will be arranged promptly. Parts may be supplied for claims received after 30 days of receipt. This also applies to Postal Orders.
